Donation Policy

This policy explains how donations to Vaadi e Kashmir Foundation are received, allocated and administered.

1. Purpose of Donations

Donations may support education, community and child support, sports, community development, awareness programmes, relief and welfare activities, skill development, and necessary programme administration.

2. General (Unrestricted) Donations

Unrestricted donations may be allocated according to the Foundation's current charitable priorities and most urgent operational needs.

3. Campaign-Specific Donations

Where a campaign is completed, overfunded, cancelled, discontinued or becomes impractical, the Foundation may redirect funds to a substantially similar charitable purpose consistent with the donor's original intent.

4. Payment Processing

Donations may be processed through authorised third-party payment providers. The Foundation does not store payment credentials. See our Privacy Policy.

5. Donation Receipts

Successful donations may generate an electronic confirmation and/or receipt. Please retain your transaction reference number for your records.

The Foundation may investigate, reject, suspend or return suspicious or fraudulent transactions where legally or operationally necessary.

8. Foreign Contributions

Foreign contributions, if accepted, are subject to the Foundation's applicable legal eligibility, registrations, permissions and restrictions under applicable Indian law. Do not assume international contributions are automatically accepted.

9. Donor Privacy

Donor information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell donor information to third parties.
