1. Website Purpose
This website provides information about Foundation activities, programmes, events, campaigns, donation facilities, volunteering opportunities and community initiatives.
2. User Responsibilities
Users must provide accurate information and must not: impersonate others, submit fraudulent information, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious software, abuse forms or communication systems, or conduct unlawful activities.
3. Donations
Donations support the Foundation's charitable objectives. Unless specifically designated, unrestricted donations may be allocated according to current Foundation priorities. Where a campaign is completed, cancelled, overfunded or becomes impractical, funds may be redirected to a substantially similar charitable purpose. See our Donation Policy.
4. Events
Registration does not guarantee participation. The Foundation may reject or cancel registrations for reasons including capacity, eligibility, incomplete information, payment failure, safety concerns, event cancellation or postponement.
5. Volunteers

6. Intellectual Property
Foundation logos, branding, original text, graphics, videos, photographs, designs and software are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorised commercial use is prohibited.
